The Satisfii Contact Center is an affiliated corporation under the MMI Reservations' brand that provides call center solutions to our clients. We offer the call center as an adjunct to our reservation system to allow your customers to book, modify or cancel their reservations through a live agent. Anytime your customers want to make a reservation, they can either do so online or contact the call center directly. We also offer competitive world-class Contact Center services for inbound, outbound (sales, surveys, appointment booking), data entry and help desk programs.
